The territory

The area falling within the competence of Il Palazzo del Gusto stretches from Orvieto to Terni, Narni, Amelia, San Gemini, Valnerina and to the main centres of the Province producing quality agricultural produce.

Il Palazzo del Gusto, through the Regional Enoteca and the Region Umbria, acts on the whole Region with special reference to those areas where there is truffle, where quality meats are produced and where grapevines and olives are cultivated.
