Situated in the former convent of San Giovanni in Orvieto, Il Palazzo del Gusto is an Institution of the Province of Terni, Municipality of Orvieto and Comunità Montana "Monte Peglia e Selva di Meana" - at present ONAT (Comunità Montana Orvietano, Narnese, Amerino, Ternano) - for the valorization and promotion of enogastronomy and typical products.
