Cittaslow

The International Association Cittaslow, based on the philosophy of Slow Food, was founded in Orvieto in October 1999.

The main office of the International Association Cittaslow is hosted in Il Palazzo del Gusto, in the fifteenth-century convent of San Giovanni.

Cittaslow Association is made up of a group of municipalities sharing a new idea of considering the town itself and thinking of a different way of development, based on the improving of life quality.
