Services and equipped spaces

• Chiostro - internal and external cloister equipped for art and photo exhibitions
• Sala Cittaslow - Cittaslow room equipped for exhibitions and with wine dispensers pouring out glasses of wine
• Sala Convegni - Meeting room with 100 seats and technical fittings
  (the spaces can be rented by public Bodies and private citizens, according to a tariff approved by the Province of Terni and in compliance with institutional needs and appointments)
• Didactic Kitchen - has enriched the offer of qualified professional training both for "professional" cooks, restaurateurs, Italian and foreign chefs and "amateur" tourists, local groups of enthusiasts who want to learn Umbrian cookery. The modern kitchen is completed by modern schoolrooms, computer room, computerized recipes bank, etc..

Services offered to the public:

• Wine dispensers serving 16 different Umbrian wines with a "wine card" system (Enomatic patent)
• Tourist-cultural guided visit to Il Palazzo del Gusto and Regional Enoteca of Umbria: with Italian/English audio-guide for groups
• Sensory-didactic laboratories for students, family groups, etc.(on reservation): compared analysis of flavors and foods; visual, olfactory and gustative analysis.
• Sale of DOCG, DOC and IGT wines of Umbria and UmbriaDOP Oil (managed by Soc. Itinera
• Information on touch-screens with the wine catalogue of the Regional Enoteca of Umbria (that can also be consulted on line: www.ilpalazzodelgusto.it )
• Reservation of guided visits to wineries: at the main office, on the phone or with the on-line form, is possible to book a visit to a winery of Umbria, with wine tasting guided by Fisar Sommelier.
